Product Resultants, Inc. is the corporate name of our previously owned
dba "Mark Enterprises" formed in 1977 as a royalty holding
company. We received royalties from the sales of product lines we previously
developed and sold under the corporate names of Rexco Products, RECOMCO
and Reclamation Dynamics. Over the years we licensed additional patented products that we developed and launched beginning
from zero sales. We have developed product sales in many different industries
and are experienced in both industrial and retail (end user)
products. In October 1999 we sold our Mark Enterprises' 1,000 sku product line and are
now aggressively preparing several new, very promising, products to sublicense to larger companies. During the past thirty (30) years we have developed sales of new products for companies we own and for larger corporations who have sublicensed products from us. We usually start a new company around a new product, beginning with zero sales, then sell or license the product line when sales exceed a million dollars a year.
Beginning in the year 2000 we have concentrated on locating and providing new products for companies seeking profitable growth. We do this by teaming-up with companies and individuals who have developed and patented potentially powerful new products that want us to be involved in the marketing and or licensing.
