ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE OF EVENTS (Steps to be taken)

The following is an overview of the process we take to evaluate, license, develop and sub-license a new product into the market place. The sequence of events listed below is typical. However, in many instances, we skip steps 7 & 8 and proceed directly to step 9. On some occasions we stay at step 8 and do not proceed to step 9 & 10. At any time during steps 1 & 2, either party may decide not to proceed, in which case, no further steps will be taken. After step 3, the terms of the written agreement will apply. There is absolutely no fee or charge to the inventor for our services. We pay for all expenses incurred in steps 5 through 10, unless agreed otherwise in writing. In steps 7 & 8 the inventor is paid royalties by us and we are paid from profits. In steps 9 & 10, we split royalties with the inventor. It is important that the inventor has tried to market or license his product on his own and realizes he needs additional experience to successfully get his product into the market place.

STEP #10 CONTINUED ASSISTING AND OR MONITORING THE SUB-LICENSOR
