Products we are currently seeking

HARDWARE RELATED PRODUCT WANTED:

A product that can be sold in The Home Depot, Lowe's, ACE and other Hardware/DIY stores

PET PRODUCT WANTED:

A product that can be sold in PETCO, PETSMART and other pet supply stores

BEAUTY SUPPLY PRODUCT WANTED:

A product that can be sold in Sally's and other beauty supply stores

CRAFT PRODUCT WANTED:

A product that can be sold in MICHAEL'S CRAFT STORES, FABRI-CENTERS OF AMERICA and other craft stores

OTHER PRODUCTS WANTED:

Any other product that meets our parameters below

The most important aspect of the new product we are seeking is that it has:

At least one totally unique feature with perceived value that can be demonstrated e.g. faster, works better, costs less, more attractive, etc.

We also prefer situations where the individual or company that owns the product has tried to take it to market and now has DEFINITELY come to the conclusion that they want to license or sell the product to another company for future development!

Possibly it would also be helpful to mention what we DO NOT want.

We do not want just another "me-too" chemical formula or product that is similar to what some other company already has (we want a product that has a very special and needed benefit. Such as a polish, that shines metal better than any other chemical.

We do not want a product that is in the idea stage ONLY or not ready for production. Either our company or our sub-licensee will often spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on the market development of the product, but not until the product is ready to manufacture.

We are not a bank or venture capital company wanting to "invest" in a product. We are a "hands-on" business that wants to "license" a good product and then "ready" the product to sell in all possible markets. We usually launch the product in the marketplace ourselves and then sub-license it to a larger corporation with excellent existing distribution channels.

We seek the following attributes in a new product:

Absolute Musts:

A proprietary position- such as a patented or secret production technique.
At least one totally unique product feature that has perceived value and can be demonstrated-works faster, better quality, costs less, etc.
An ethically and morally acceptable use or application

Strong Preferences:

Prototype or samples currently available
Long shelf life (non-perishable)
Environmentally friendly

Wishes:

A consumable item (is depleted in use)
The inventor has tried and failed to launch it into the market (it must be an excellent product but the inventor must be realistic and ready to "let go" and let us take over!)
Not to be ingested (non-food or medication)
Light in weight/packaged in small containers (this is not an absolute)

From: US Manufacturing Companies

We are seeking a US Company that manufactures their own products. This company's strength is in technology and production, not in sales. Their product meets all the parameters above but they need sales and marketing assistance for top US key prospects and/or in foreign countries. We would like to see that they have one or more existing customers who are fully satisfied with their product. We will only work on an EXCLUSIVE BASIS.

From: European Manufacturing Companies

We are seeking a European Company that manufactures their own products. Again, this company's strength is in technology and production. Their product meets all the parameters above but they need sales in the USA. They existing customers in their own country who are fully satisfied with their product. We will only work on an EXCLUSIVE BASIS in the USA.

*There is no cost to the inventor unless we produce results!
