STEP #4 EXCHANGE OF ITEMS MENTIONED IN THE AGREEMENT
To proceed to step
#5, we often need items from the inventor (tooling, a prototype, previous
production samples, previous paper work including any drawings, existing
sales tools, etc.). Some of these items are often exchanged earlier. Also,
we provide items required by the inventor (usually paperwork guaranteeing
security for tooling, etc.)
