STEP #8 OPTIMUM PRODUCTION & SALES
Once satisfied with supplier and customer feedback obtained in Step #7,
production and sales are cautiously increased so as not to unduly strain
any vital function (production, cash flow, new personnel training, etc.).
Stage 8 provides the "track record" that entices a large corporation to
seriously review the invention for sub-licensing. Assuming potential benefits
of sub-licensing still exist, Step #9 is next. Often, we decide to skip
steps 7 & 8 and go directly to step 9.
