STEP #10 CONTINUED ASSISTING
AND OR MONITORING THE SUB-LICENSOR
After a sub-license
has been signed, we monitor the activities of the Sub-Licensee and are
prepared to assist the Sub- Licensee, as needed, or terminate the Sub-Licensee
Agreement if all terms are not being met. (If this occurs, we typically
locate another Sub-Licensee). All this must be accomplished within the
time limits and terms of the original Agreement with the Inventor.
