We do provide references! And, our references are excellent! We have been doing licensing and product launching for over 35 years and always pay our bills and our royalties on time. We have never been in a lawsuit! And, we are listed as "OK" as one of the "Good Guys" by the agency that monitors inventor fraud.
In the past, we provided references to any inventor upon request, even before we had an agreement in writing with them. As a result, our references were getting annoyed with the volume of calls and calls at in-appropriate times. Inventors often work out of their homes and are in different time zones and really don't want to be bothered day and night continuously year after year.
We do not want to alienate or disturbed our references (we have known and done business with many of them for twenty plus years.) Think about it, if we got your product launched, do you want to be called for years to come by every inventor who contacts us (over 40 times a month)? We often average two inventors a day contacting us to market their invention. I think you would feel violated after a few weeks and not want us to ever give out your number again.
So, we have found a way to solve this problem! After we finalize the negation of our agreement with the inventor, we are more than happy to provide references. If the inventor finds them to be anything but excellent, he or she can just rip up the agreement. (By the way, this has never happened).
Please keep in mind we only choose to take on one out of one hundred products that are submitted to us. We are not going to place our references "at risk" for the ninety-nine inventors we end up not going with. Also, please remember, we don't get paid unless we spend a tremendous amount of money and effort to get your product licensed. After signing an agreement with you, we spend an average of ten thousand dollars on researching a product that we think has merit before we can locate a sub-licensee. Hopefully, we know what we're doing, especially since we usually go after products that have previously not been able to make it to market. And, we must find a way to overcome what is always a very difficult problem.
After we have a signed agreement with the inventor, we will supply references. If requested, we will include a clause in the agreement giving the inventor a reasonable amount of time to cancel if they find our references unacceptable in any way.
We have four groups of inventor references:
1. Made less than $10,000 from us
2. Made between $10,000 and $100,000 from us
3. Made between $100,000 and $1,000,000 from us
4. And those who have made at least $1,000,000 from us (for obvious reasons, only a few of this group will allow us to give out their names)
*We will supply you with those references in the same estimated range as your product.

Our past employees (at the management level), who are very aware of many product launches we have made (at least while they were employed with us)
Our banks (current and past)
Key suppliers (current and past)
The personal résumé of our president and/or the associate who will be working directly with your account
Our Dun & Bradstreet listing (current & on our previous companies)

In addition to licensing and sublicensing products, we have developed several fully owned corporations (around patented products), each with annual sales over a million dollars, in different industries and involving hundred of products.
Launched one patented product through our own company (and later sub-licensed it) where we developed sales of this product to one million dollars in the very first year we were granted the exclusive license. And, it has continued every year afterwards.
Work with several of the top patent attorneys in Southern California including one of the best patent litigation firms.
Have connections with angel investors (with available money - minimum per venture of $1,000,000. PRI does not use venture capital, but has access to them in order to assist our sub-licensees if needed).
Currently have a number of $100 million plus international companies as clients seeking products. One of our clients requires a minimum potential of $150 million annual sales. This account pays a royalty of 1% (which is a minimum of 1 million dollars per year). Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to sub-license a product to this client but we're still trying. We also can provide you the names of one or more of our associates who knows our clients, our products and licenses we have made during the time they have personally been involved with us. Most our associates are ex-owners or CEO's of successful businesses. Some may have years of success in your products industry.
